Hi! I’m Carlotta Addante, Sommelier and creator of unique wine experiences,wine tastings in Ravenna, and wine trips to Italy. I define myself a girl from the Old World specialized in New World wines, particularly those from emerging and unusual countries.
Whether you are a wine enthusiast or new to the industry, you’ve come to the right place!
I was born and raised in Italy, but for the past seven years I have been traveling abroad for wine and specializing in new wine regions and varieties. I became seriously interested in this subject during my stay in California, where I attended a wine school, worked in wineries, organized events and tastings, and eventually even opened a wine shop!I
I’m always looking for new wine producing countries, unknown grape varieties, and cutting-edge winemaking techniques. I love telling the story of how a wine came to your table, creating a real connection with the country it represents.
I currently live in one of Italy’s richest culinary regions, Emilia Romagna, where I am committed to sharing the fantastic products of this land through wine tastings in Ravenna and food and wine trips in Italy. Without abandoning my passion for New World wines.

Il primo incontro (6/02) e’ dedicato al Latin America, con 3 tapas e 3 vini da Argentina e Cile. Il secondo incontro (13/03) si focalizza sulla California, terra del surf ma anche di melting pot culinario che scopriremo attraverso la degustazione di 3 bites e vini. Per finire (10/04), viaggeremo tra Australia e Nuova Zelanda dove confronteremo cibi e vini tipici di queste due culture!
